Can I spend one more day in Mt. Everest Base Camp Area?

Some of our travelers want to add one more day in Mt. Everest Base Camp area. Actually there is no much to see except Mt. Everest itself, but if you staying longer there, you  will suffer with the  high altitude at 5200 meter height above the sea. Most people just want to escape after they visit Everest base.
